The Supervisory Board of the Closed Joint-Stock Company 'The Ukrainian Independent TV Corporation' (the TV Channel INTER) that convened on September 4th, 2009, changed the composition of the Channel’s management.        

The Supervisory Board has announced that Ms. Hanna Bezlyudna steps down from her post as General Producer and Member of the Board of the Channel upon mutual agreement of the parties and that Mr. Yaroslav Porokhnyak, Member of the Board, is appointed to the post of First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the CJSC 'UITC'.

Besides, the Supervisory Board has passed a resolution by which Ms. Larysa Horska is incorporated into the Board. Ms. Larysa Horska hold the post of Director of the Information Agency 'Ukrainian News' which is part of U.A. Inter Media Group and one of the leaders of this segment on the market.       

The Closed Joint-Stock Company 'The Ukrainian Independent TV Corporation' is one of the leading broadcasters on the Ukraine’s television market recognizable by its trademarks INTER and INTER+. The TV Channel is part of the U.A. INTER MEDIA GROUP that comprises the television channels NTN, K-1, Megasport, K-2, Enter-Film, Enter-Music, as well as the other media assets.          

Commenting on the decision taken, the owner of the U.A. Inter Media Group, Mr. Valery Khoroshkovsky, has expressed gratitude to Ms. Hanna Bezlyudna for her fruitful work on the TV Channel INTER as well as for her tangible contribution to the development of the media group on the whole.    

On her part, Ms. Hanna Bezlyudna thanked Mr. Valery Khoroshkovsky for their collective work and all the staff of the media group for their great professionalism and implemented projects.
