U.A. Inter Media Group, the largest media group in Ukraine completed the acquisition procedure of "NTN" TV channel, having bought 40 percent of NTN shares, which stayed since the previous contract. Thus, 100 percent of "NTN" TV channel is now owned by U.A. Inter Media Group.

In late December 2007 having received the permit by Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, U.A. Inter Media Group purchased 60 percent of "NTN" TV channel.
