Istanbul, Turkey, September 19, 2008 – U.A. Inter Media Group Limited took part in UniCredit Group's 5th Annual Emerging Europe Investor Conference, which was held in Istanbul, Turkey on the 4th and 5th of September.

Mr. Yaroslav Porokhnyak, a Media Group's Vice-President, Strategic Investments, has given a public presentation of the Group in front of the Conference's participants, in which he confirmed the intention of the Group to make an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise additional capital.

The presentation was followed by one-on-one meetings of the Group's representatives with potential investors, who were given the opportunity to ask detailed questions about the Group and its upcoming IPO. Among the investors who the meetings were Berenberg Bank (www.berenbergbank.de), Firebird Management (www.fbird.com) and others.
