U.A. Inter Media Group takes part in Dragon Capital's Investor Conference

Kyiv, May 23, 2008 – U.A. Inter Media Group Limited took part in Dragon Capital's 4th Annual Investor Conference, which was held in Kiev from May 21 till May 23.

Dragon Capital's Conference has attracted more than 300 of directors and managers of leading Western banks and investment funds, aggregate assets of which comprise more than $5 trillion. More than 25 leading Ukrainian companies that are planning to raise capital in the near future have presented themselves and took part in one-on-one meetings with investors at the Conference.

Mr Hryhoriy Nemyria, Ukraine's Vice Prime Minister, European and International Integration, gave a formal address to the participants of the Conference, noting that the Ukrainian Government distinctively realises the need for investment for the country's development, and that the Government is taking quick and specific steps for achieving transparency and a good investment climate in Ukraine.

Shortly after the address of the Government's representative, Mr. Yaroslav Porokhnyak, a Media Group's Vice-President, Strategic Investments, has given a public presentation of the Group in front of the Conference's participants. The presentation was followed by one-on-one meetings of the Group's representatives with twenty investment funds and other potential investors, who were given the opportunity to ask detailed questions about the Group and its upcoming IPO.

Among the investors who attended one-on-one meetings with the Group's representatives were American International Group (www.aig.com), Goldman Sachs (www.gs.com), Julius Baer Investment Management (www.juliusbaer.com), East Capital (www.eastcapital.com), Prosperity Capital Management (www.prosperitycapital.com) and others.

U.A. Inter Media Group Limited (www.uaimg.com) was established in 2005. The Group owns 61 percent of "Ukrainian Independent Television Corporation" (TV channel "Inter"), 90 percent of "Kino-TV" (TV channel "Enter Film"), 90 percent of "Muzyka-TV" (TV channel "Enter Music"), TV channels "K1", "K2", "Megasport", 60 percent of TV channel "NTN" and other media assets.
