Kyiv, August 12, 2008 – NTN TV channel offers all witnesses of extraordinary events to upload their video on the webpage http://www.ntn.tv/ru/video/upload/, which could be used in the air of “Svidok” (“A Witness”).

All over the world television actively uses video footage of witnesses to portray events more fully. “A Witness” is the ideal programme to use such documents, since a vast amount of events, which are not recorded in the minutes, remain absolutely unknown.

The Executive Producer of TV channel NTN, Olexandr Melnichuk, states: “The most important thing – is to convey to people that there is this possibility out there. At present stories, in which the place, the time and the extraordinary event itself are defined will end up in the rubrics of “A Witness” called “A Random Witness”, in the future this could be a standalone product and even a competition. Video footage that does not conform to “A Witness”’s format could be used in the news programme “Vchasno” (“In Time”).
