U.A. Inter Media Group takes part in Adam Smith Institute s 2nd Annual Conference

Kyiv, May , 2008 – U.A. Inter Media Group Limited took part in Adam Smith Institute's 2nd Annual Conference, which was held in Kiev from June 17 till June 19.

Yaroslav Porokhnyak, a Group's Vice President, Strategic Investments, has given a presentation of the Group to the conference's participants. As he had noted the future strategy of the Group will consist of the following main elements:

  • retention of the leading market position;
  • maintaining transparency, including restructuring and an implementation of unified standards;
  • expansion and development through both organic growth and acquisition of additional media assets;
  • increasing efficiency of existing media assets;
  • planned Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the Group's shares on London Stock Exchange in 2009.
