U.A. Inter Media Group presents Net Income Magazine
London, March 10, 2008 – U.A. Inter Media Group Limited began issuing the magazine 'Chystaya Pribyl' ('Net Income'). The announcement about this was made by the Group's Vice President Yaroslav Porokhnyak, President, Strategic Investments, during the Ukrainian Investment Summit in London.

"The weekly is the first print asset of our media group and it is oriented to Ukrainian and foreign business audiences", Mr. Porokhnyak said. He also pointed out that the group is planning to increase its market share in Ukrainian print media market in the future.

The Ukrainian Investment Summit was organized by the Adam Smith Institute in London on March 10-12, 2008. In the course of the Summit a presentation of the Media-Holding and about the plans for an initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange in 2009 had been made.

U.A. Inter Media Group Limited (www.uaimg.com) was established in 2005. The Group owns 61 percent of "Ukrainian Independent Television Corporation" (TV channel "Inter"), 90 percent of "Kino-TV" (TV channel "Enter Film"), 90 percent of "Muzyka-TV" (TV channel "Enter Music"), TV channels "K1", "K2", "Megasport", 60 percent of TV channel "NTN" and other media assets.
