Kyiv, August 28, 2008 - JSC "Ukrainian independent TV-corporation" (Inter TV Channel) has successfully passed an independent international audit.

The international audit was held for the first time since the foundation of the company and covered the activity of the company during the years 2005 and 2006. In future the procedure will be held annually.

As concluded by Ernst & Young the financial report of  JSC "Ukrainian independent TV-corporation" truly represents both the current financial state of the company and the results  of  it's financial and business activity according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

It is clear from the financial report, that the net profit of the Company is 123,306,000 UAH. The company's capital is 372,840,000 UAH.

As concluded the Joint-Stock Closed Company "Ukrainian National TV Corporation" is under the control of Valeriy Khoroshkovskiy, the citizen of Ukraine.
