Kyiv, January 17, 2008 – U.A. Inter Media Group Limited has contracted the investment bank Dragon Capital for consulting services of media group's preparation for its initial public offering (IPO) on one of the leading world stock exchanges.
Within the framework of the planned project expected is the modernization of the administrative and financial accounting systems, carrying out the audit based on international standards of accounting reporting as well as a preparation of the preliminary documentation for the public placing.
The contract conclusion is considered as the next step on the way to the IPO, as was previously declared by the main shareholder of the U.A. Inter Media Group Limited.
U.A. Inter Media Group Limited (www.uaimg.com) was established in 2005. The Group owns 61 percent of "Ukrainian Independent Television Corporation" (TV channel "Inter"), 90 percent of "Kino-TV" (TV channel "Enter Film"), 90 percent of "Muzyka-TV" (TV channel "Enter Music"), TV channels "K1", "K2", "Megasport", 60 percent of TV channel "NTN" and other media assets.
