Kyiv, January 16, 2008 – The Meeting of the Shareholders of U.A. Inter Media Group Limited appointed Elena Vladimirovna Khoroshkovskaya as the new Director of the media group instead of Valery Ivanovich Khoroshkovsky, who resigned due to his appointment to a civil service post.

According to another resolution of the Meeting of the Shareholders, Elena Vladimirovna Khoroshkovskaya also joined the Board of Directors of Mindon Holdings Limited, a Media Group's subsidiary (the company, which indirectly owns NTN TV channel).

U.A. Inter Media Group Limited (www.uaimg.com) was established in 2005. The Group owns 61 percent of "Ukrainian Independent Television Corporation" (TV channel "Inter"), 90 percent of "Kino-TV" (TV channel "Enter Film"), 90 percent of "Muzyka-TV" (TV channel "Enter Music"), TV channels "K1", "K2", "Megasport", 60 percent of TV channel "NTN" and other media assets.
