Kyiv, March 12, 2008 – The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine gave permission to Kyiv-based company "Ukrainian Media Project" to buy over 50 percent stakes in each of the companies Style-S Regions and Highline Media.

The companies "Style-S" (www.style-r.com.ua) and "Highline Media" (www.hlmedia.com.ua) are providing services of reselling advertising on U.A. Inter Media Group's TV channels.

Ukrainian Media Project is a 100% subsidiary of U.A. Inter Media Group Ltd.

U.A. Inter Media Group Limited (www.uaimg.com) was established in 2005. The Group owns 61 percent of "Ukrainian Independent Television Corporation" (TV channel "Inter"), 90 percent of "Kino-TV" (TV channel "Enter Film"), 90 percent of "Muzyka-TV" (TV channel "Enter Music"), TV channels "K1", "K2", "Megasport", 60 percent of TV channel "NTN" and other media assets.
